What is Cetakgoo?

Cetakgoo is a Malaysian creative brand focused on 3D-printed products, custom 3D printing, stickers and digital 3D models.

Where is Cetakgoo based?

Cetakgoo is based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Are Cetakgoo products made in Malaysia?

Yes. Our physical products are designed, prepared and produced in Malaysia.

3D Printed Products

What materials do you use?

Material depends on the product and its intended use. The material used will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

Are 3D printed products exactly the same as the photos?

There may be small variations in layer lines, surface texture, colour and minor dimensional differences. These are normal characteristics of 3D printing.

Can I request a different colour?

For selected products, yes. Available colours depend on current filament stock. Contact us if you require a specific colour.

Custom 3D Printing

Can Cetakgoo print my own 3D model?

Yes. We accept customer-supplied STL, 3MF and STEP files, subject to review.

Can you design a 3D model for me?

Yes, depending on the complexity of the project. Contact us with your requirements for assessment and quotation.

How is the custom printing price calculated?

Pricing may depend on material usage, printing time, model size, complexity, quantity and post-processing requirements.

Can I cancel my custom order?

If production has not started, cancellation may be possible. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Stickers

Does Cetakgoo still offer stickers?

Yes. Stickers remain part of Cetakgoo’s product offering alongside our 3D-printed products and custom services.

Can I request custom stickers?

Yes. You can contact us with your artwork, preferred size and quantity.

3D Models & Digital Downloads

What file formats are available?

Depending on the model, files may include STL, 3MF and STEP. Available formats will be shown on the product page.

Can I use Cetakgoo 3D models commercially?

This depends on the licence provided with the specific model. Please check the applicable licence before commercial use.

Can I resell the STL file?

No, unless the specific licence explicitly allows it.

Can I sell physical prints made from a Cetakgoo model?

This depends on the licence of the specific model.

I downloaded a file but there is a problem. What should I do?

MakerWorld & Third-Party Models

Does Cetakgoo use models from MakerWorld?

Some products may use third-party models where the applicable licence permits commercial printing.

Can I get the original STL used for a Cetakgoo product?

Not necessarily. Some physical products may use third-party models whose digital files cannot be redistributed.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change my order after placing it?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. An order confirmation will be sent after your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom orders may require additional time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, where tracking is available.

My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?

Are digital 3D models refundable?

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
